Customers have the option to skip a subscription cycle without any extra charge.

Customers will receive a reminder notification via email five (5) days before each upcoming subscription charge.

To avoid being charged for the next subscription cycle, customers must cancel at least seventy-two (72) hours before the new charge is scheduled.
