I live outside of the United States, may I place an order?

SABON is able to process international forms of billing, but unable to ship internationally. At this time shipping is only available within the United States and Puerto Rico (excluding: Alaska, Hawaii, Guam and the Virgin Islands).

How to I track my order?

You will receive an email confirmation once your order is placed with your order number and order details. Once your package leaves our warehouse, you will receive an email with the tracking number. We use UPS as a primary carrier for order deliverie

Does SABON offer gift-wrapping services for online purchases?

We currently do not offer additional gift wrapping or gift messages. You may shop our selection of "ready-to-gift" sets that are beautifully wrapped in gift boxes. You may also purchase additional gift boxes for $3.

Do I have to return the free gift with purchase if I return my order fully or partially?

Gift with Purchase must be returned with your order if threshold is no longer met, otherwise the value of the Gift with Purchase will be deducted from your refund.

Can I return a product I purchased online to one of the stores?
